Green Cheek Designs
Branding
Green Cheek Designs is my personal brand that I use for commissions and to share my personal works. This brand and logo design were inspired by my two Green Cheek Conures whom I love to death.
Founded around five years ago, I set out to create my own brand that combines professionalism with a laid-back approach. My goal is to provide a large range of design styles that connect with clients looking for personalized work for those seeking logos or classic artworks.
Lincoln Home National Historic Site
As an Interpretive Ranger, I have taken on a lot of design projects aimed at enhancing visitor engagement at Lincoln Home NHS. One of my notable contributions is the B.A.R.K. Ranger program, for which I designed a unique stamp, badge, and tag to inspire future rangers.
Additionally, I updated the Visitor's Log, created fun coloring sheets, and signage. My projects extended to planning special events that include designing junior ranger books that catch the attention of our younger visitors.
Sonic Sunday
I developed branding for the punk band Sonic Sunday over the course of one to two years, drawing inspiration from their band cat, Niko. During a practice session, Niko leapt from a tree into the singer’s hands, cementing his place as their unofficial mascot.
This moment shaped the band’s visual identity, with vibrant pink and purple hues reflecting a playful energy that sets them apart from the darker aesthetics commonly associated with punk. As part of the branding effort, we produced merchandise including T-shirts, stickers, pins, and magnets, creating a cohesive and distinctive look for the band.
Little Bluett Bakery
I developed brand for Little Bluet Bakery as a commission. These designs were inspired by the small community, family, and the owner's bright and bubbly personality. The array of blues keeps the feel calm while the pink and white make the brand pop.
